When I apply for TaipeiPASS membership, it says that the account already exist. What can I do?

When the system notifies you that the email or mobile phone number you use has already been linked to an existing account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in
  2. Upgrade to Gold Membership


If you’ve forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your mobile phone number or email when prompted, and proceed with resetting your password.
