The Rabies Vaccination Certificate of my dog is missing. Where should I go for a new copy?
In accordance with Article 6 of the Standard for Fee Collection for Management of Pet Registration, Commercial Pet Traders, Breeders and Keepers or Owners, in case of losing pet ID collar, tag, or original certificate, pet owners can apply for new pet registry certificates with vaccination verification documents for a fee of NT$50 at registered veterinary clinics.
