According to the Regulations of Veterinary Biological Drug Inspection, the following documents shall be compiled for the application of Drug Inspection Seal:

1. Application form.
2. Duplicate copy of Veterinary Drug License or permission document certified by Central authorities.
3. Certification by country of origin or manufacturer’s inspection records.
4. Document verifying that during manufacturing process, no raw materials from Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy sources were used.
5. Duplicate copy of Customs Import Application Form.
6. Payment receipt of Drug Inspection Fee.
7. Duplicate copy of pre-payment receipt of Drug Inspection Fee.
8. Registered mail envelop with receiver’s name and address written on it.
