(3) Provisional disposition, provisional seizure, announcement and interpellation, death declaration, and declaration of interdiction. (4) Civil cases with entered pleas in the first trial court. (5) Debtors claiming a higher interest rate than legal interest rate. (6) Farmland leasing. (7) Odd lots of land.
