A: You should apply 1 month in advance with the following documents:
1.If you are 20 or older, you should bring your ID card, personal seal and passport.
2.If you are under 20 years of age, also bring your guardian's ID card and personal seal.
3.If you entrust a relative to apply for permission to go abroad, you need to provide him or her with a letter of authorization in addition to your ID card, personal seal and passport as well as your trustee's ID card and personal seal.
