Install isolation facilities to accommodate the increasing number of people requiring isolation.

Additional policies to increase emergency preparedness for worst-case scenarios are the following:

• Promote teleworking and remote learning infrastructure so that organizations are prepared to transition to virtual meetings if needed.
• Conduct drills for possible mass community infection to prepare for worst-case scenarios.
• Establish backup institutions to maintain normal governmental operations in the event of a crisis.
