Can an employer transfer a worker arbitrarily?
Alternations in workplace and services should be agreed by both parties; in the need of personnel change, the employer should follow the following principles:
1. It should be necessary for business management.
2. It should not violate the labor contract.
3. It should not undertake any changes in regards to wages or other labor standards that are unfavorable to the worker.
4. Workers should be physically and technically competent for the alternative work.
5. In the case of long distance transfers, the employer should provide sufficient support.
