[Foreign Labors] How does an employer apply to hire a domestic helper? Are there any requirements?

The primary requirements for hiring a foreign domestic helper are:
(1) a family has triplets or multiples under the age of 3.
(2) a family has elders and children with a total eligibility points over 16 points.
(3) a next of kin or first-degree in-law under age of 6 or over age of 75.
Other related requirements:
(a) The employer and subject family member should be registered under the same and each household can only hire one foreign caretaker.
(b) If the ward has already been filed under another case or registered under a different household, then the eligibility points will not be accumulated.
