What is national defense mobilization? How does it differ in peacetime and wartime?
Mobilization is the efficient management of manpower and material resources for military and civilian use during wartime or in the event of a major disaster. Our national defense, during such times of crisis, takes measures to ensure that all arrangements and preparations are in place well in advance. In peacetime these resources are allocated as required to conduct salvage operations following natural disasters; during wartime they give full support to the army.
