How do I get a receipt for my QR single-journey ticket?
1. For paper QR single-journey tickets, the ticket itself already says it serves as your purchase receipt, so we don't issue a separate one. 2. For mobile QR tickets, you can ask the staff at the Metro station information counters to print a receipt for you.
