How is the fare calculated when I use a bank card or Transit QR Code(乘車碼)?
Fares for both bank cards and Transit QR Code (乘車碼) are calculated at the regular single-journey ticket rate. If you want to use a discounted fare based on your status (like a senior or charity discount), you'll need to use the corresponding welfare card or show your ID at the station information counter to buy a discounted single-journey ticket.
