When the car owner applies for attributing the liability to the actual driver in accordance with the regulations, the driver will be fined and, if necessary, charged with traffic violation points. Should the driver be charged with 6 or more traffic violation points within 6 months, his/her driver’s license shall be suspended for one month and he/she is required to take the road traffic safety lessons.
Failing to hand in the driver’s license within the deadline of the official charge, the suspension period shall be extended to 2 months. If still failing to hand in the driver license, the driver license shall be revoked.
