Celebrating its third anniversary since the start of its term, Team Taipei continues to upgrade its social welfare policies with a comprehensive expansion of childcare, elderly welfare, and services for children, adolescents, and the disabled. Public and quasi-public childcare services now account for 81% of the city's total capacity with the substantial expansion of drop-in childcare centers and the establishment of nighttime childcare. The Maternity Taxi Service has provided more than 900,000 rides. The subsidies, cash gift, and transportation discounts for Taipei Senior Easycards have increased, and MRT fares for children have been reduced to 60% off. Moreover, Team Taipei has promoted disability inclusion, all-gender restrooms, menstrual equity, and educational materials for digital safety. Through combining the public and private sectors' efforts, Team Taipei continues to create an inclusive and livable city.
