To address municipal needs, the TPCG implemented amendments to the organizational regulations of 38 agencies and schools and established new organizational regulations for one agency in 2024. 

The adjustments encompass the TPCG, the Department of Education, the Taipei City Family Education Center, the Taipei City University, the Taipei City Animal Protection Office, the Hydraulic Engineering Office, and the Geotechnical Engineering Office. The Taipei City Police Department with its 14 precincts, three brigades, the Juvenile Affairs Division, the Women’s and Children’s Protection Division, the Rapid Transit Division, and the Communication Division also underwent adjustments, totaling 22 units. Other updated organizations include the Taipei City Construction Management Office, the Taipei City Fire Department, the Department of Information and Tourism, and six land offices. The newly established agency is the Department for Youth.
