Grass Skiing at Fudekeng Restoration Park

Growing tired of the hustle and bustle in the city jungle? Looking for a place to relax and relieve stress from work during the weekend? Department of Environmental Protection invites the public to visit Fudekeng Restoration Park on September 1 for some grass-skiing fun and bring home a bag of recycled soil.
Located on Muzha Road in Wenshan District and formerly a landfill, Fudekeng Restoration Park was reborn as a place brimming with greenness in 2003 following a period of rejuvenation construction.
The Park boasts a range of recreational facilities, including grass-ski slopes, bike trails, sidewalks, pavilions, etc. Beautification work has also been carried out continuously at the Park, which receives trees transplanted from government agencies.
Distribution of recycled soil will start at 10 AM on September 1. Those who are seeking an alternative way of spending their holidays are welcomed to visit Fudekeng Restoration Park and savor a moment of grassy freshness. For more information, please call 02-82301969.
