Taipei City Vocational Development Institute Now Recruiting Students
As the saying goes “If only one could have known”, the first time for everything presents a daunting challenge. When changing jobs or learning new skills, the most anxious problem is whether one is suited to the job or skill.
The Taipei City Vocational Development Institute (TVDI) is aware of your concern and has therefore launched numerous one-day, short-term vocational experiential courses in 2019, enabling you to become familiar with the vocational courses you prefer within a short timeframe and helping you to participate in regular vocational training courses in a more adaptive and accurate manner.
In 2020, multiple experiential courses will be conducted including Practical Application of IoT, Social Media Marketing, Chinese Desserts, Baking Pastries, One-Day Care Worker, and First Decoupage Experience. Furthermore, with the legislation of the Middle-Aged and Senior Citizen Employment Promotion Act and the policy on encouraging women to seek re-employment, the TVDI has developed an experiential course for middle-aged/senior citizens and women seeking re-employment, who are entitled to sign up for the course first.
