Taipei City’s first all-gender restroom certification program: List of certified sites released!
The Taipei City Government has launched the “Taipei City All-Gender Restroom Certification Program” with an aim to create safe, private, and high-quality restroom environments through clear criteria. The first batch of 12 restrooms at 8 institutions, including Soochow University among others, passed the evaluation and were awarded the certification by Mayor Chiang Wan-an, demonstrating Taipei City’s strong commitment to respecting and embracing gender diversity. Mayor Chiang Wan-an publicly commended certified institutions, for partnering with the city government to create gender-friendly environments
