Which agency is in charge of reviewing the appeals?

Taipei City Government has established an independent agency at top level, the Administrative Appeals Commission, to process appeals from the public. Appeals are reviewed by a committee that is composed of one chairperson, one deputy chairperson, and ten commissioners. Except the chairperson and the deputy one, all the commissioners are either academics or practioners. Thus, they are independent from Taipei City Government and are able to review without bias.
