Taipei City Government

(1) General requirements:ROC nationals, aged 20 to 45, who have been registered in Taipei City for over one year before the loan application date, have graduated from or possess equivalent academic qualifications from high schools and colleges recognized by our government, and whose latest annual comprehensive income does not exceed the tax declaration standard or falls below the 30% tax rate.
(2) Specific requirements:Full-time study abroad for master's, doctoral degrees, or professional certifications.
