What is the follow-up procedure after periodic health examinations for Category II foreign workers and foreign technical personnel?
Effective March 1, 2014, a simplified reporting procedure has been implemented. Those who pass the examination shall have their results uploaded by designated hospitals to the local health bureau. Those who fail the examination must submit a copy of the employment permit and the original re-examination diagnostic certificate to the local health bureau for filing.
