What should be done if Category II foreign workers or foreign technical personnel fail to report their periodic health examination on time?

Those who pass the examination shall have their results uploaded by hospitals designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. For those who fail the examination, if the employer submits the required documents after the deadline, including a copy of the employment permit and the original re-examination diagnostic certificate for filing, the case will be referred to the Taipei City Department of Labor for penalties in accordance with Article 67 of the Employment Service Act.
