【Activities】Taipei City Yangming Home for the Disabled Hosted the Opening Ceremony for the Yong Fu Division and Flag Ceremony for the Extension Scout Troop

Participants：	The 68 guests from Standard Chartered Bank, Taiwan, 45 guests from National Taiwan University and Peking University, as well as approximately 350 students and staff from the Home.
Active goal：	Accompanied by the cheerful opening music, the opening ceremony for the Yong Fu Division and the flag ceremony for the Extension Scout Troop began. After introducing all the guests on the scene, the emcee proceeded with the flag ceremony for the Yang Ming Extension Scout Troop. First, the chairpersons of the Taipei Girl Scouts Association and Taipei Scouts Association presented the flags to the superintendent and the deputy superintendent of the Home, who in turn presented the flags to the leader of the Home's scout troop. The director-general of the Social Welfare Bureau then granted a certificate of appreciation to the trainer of the scout troop and to the volunteers and their representatives on the scene to show her thankfulness for the assistance given by people from different walks of life. Joyfully, those who had birthdays in the month of August were able to celebrate with cake, the exchange of gifts, and a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday" sung by all the guests Later, everyone was able to enjoy the famed "Face-Changing" performance of the Sichuan Opera. The mayor and guests also watched a splendid lion-dancing performance afterward and the ribbon-cutting and opening ceremony for the Yong Fu Division. Guided by the colleagues of the Home, the guests also toured the division and were impressed with the advanced facilities and the design's use of space. The event came to a close with a very pleasant and relaxing dinner.
