The TCG DOF announces 13 city-owned properties for lease by tender in Beitou District, Datong District, Shilin District, Zhongzheng District, Wenshan District and sincerely welcomes bids.
On May 9 , 2025, the TCG DOF announced No. 4, Ln. 123, Sec. 1, Zhongyang N. Rd., Beitou District and 12 others in total 13 city-owned properties for lease by tender. The current lease is about to expire in mid-July. In order to make the best use of the preceding properties, the TCG DOF restarts an open tender. Besides acquiring a registration certificate for residential leasing services, bidders shall be domestic companies duly incorporated and registered in accordance with the Company Act. Scope of business should include H706021 rental housing subleasing business. Moreover, The bidder’s credit record must show no dishonored checks in the past three years and must not be listed as a restricted (blacklisted) account holder. The deadline for bid submission is 5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2025, and the bid opening will take place at 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2025. The above properties are currently occupied, so they are not available for viewing.
