The Department of Finance (DOF) of the Taipei City Government (TCG) is publicly offering a lease tender for municipally owned land in Zhongzheng District. All interested parties are sincerely invited to submit their bids.
On May 19, 2025, the DOF announced a public lease tender for municipally owned land located in Subsection 3 of the Linyi Section, lot numbers 418 and 419, in Zhongzheng District, Taipei City. As the current lease term will expire at the end of June, the public tender is being conducted again to promote the effective use of public land. Bidders must be domestic companies duly registered in accordance with the Company Act. Their business registration must include the business code G202010 for parking lot operations. Additionally, bidders must not be listed as restricted entities in negotiable instrument credit records and must have no record of bounced checks within the past three years. The deadline for bid submission is set for 5:00 p.m. on June 4, 2025, and the bid opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2025. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender documents free of charge from the Secretariat Office of the DOF (8th Floor, Central Zone, No. 1, Shifu Road, Taipei City), or download them online from the official website (https://dof.gov.taipei/ under “Public Notices – Tender Information”). All qualified parties are warmly invited to participate in the bidding process.
