On May 2, 2025, the TCG DOF announced a city-owned property located at No. 147 and 149, Section 3, Muxin Road, Wenshan District. The property is situated in a vibrant commercial area with strong profit potential. The minimum annual rental bid for this property is set at NT$1,290,000. The deadline for bid submission is 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2025, and the bid opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. on May 13, 2025.
