On June 5, 2025, the TCG DOF announced a city-owned property is leased by tender located at 2F., No. 21, Aly. 15, Ln. 125, Sec. 2, Huanhe S. Rd., Wanhua District. The property is situated approximately a 10-minute walking distance from the nearest MRT station. The minimum annual rental bid for this property is set at NT$180,000. The deadline for bid submission is 10:00 a.m. on June 23, 2025, and the bid opening will take place at 2:00 p.m. on June 23, 2025. From now on, interested bidders may visit the property during the announcement period and obtain tender documents free of charge from the Secretariat Office of the TCG DOF (8th Floor, Central Zone, No. 1, Shifu Road, Taipei City) or download them online from its official website (Chinese-language version) at https://dof.gov.taipei/ under “Announcements – Tender Information (公告資訊-招標資訊).” Eligible bidders are warmly invited to participate.
