Do the apps come in different versions that work on all mobile phone operating systems?
Due to limits on budgets and public resources, the development of apps will be determined based on the frequency of use of respective city services and effectiveness evaluation. For optimal budget allocation, there is a limit to the scope of services that can be provided. Therefore, most apps from the City will only come in Android or iOS versions.
