How do I deactivate my CyberCitizen account?
Due to safety concerns, once a CycberCitizen account has been registered, it cannot be deleted. If you wish to have your account deleted for justifiable reasons, please dial 1999 Citizen Hotline, ext. 1070 (02-2720-8889 for callers outside Taipei) during office hours (8:30 AM -5:30 PM). A member of our staff will assist you.
