How and where to apply for Taipei Card?
One may apply for Taipei Card by visiting Taipei Card service window in the district offices, health service centers and Taipei City Hospitals at all of Taipei City’s twelve districts. Taipei Card is free for individuals who satisfy any of the criteria described in A4. Those who do not satisfy the above conditions will need to bring their EasyCards. To activate special card service offered by the aforementioned departments, though, one would need to go to Taipei Card service window at corresponding facilities: Senior EasyCard Charity EasyCard Companion EasyCard The Second Generation Wellness Card District Office V V V V Health Service Centers and Taipei City Hospitals V Public Schools
